Conference Packages

Our Conference packages can be tailored according to individual requirements. All delegate rates include the following:

• Room hire
• Mints and boiled sweets
• Cordial drinks, iced water and mineral water
• Pencils and writing pads
• Presentation equipment including flip chart, overhead projector & screen
• Refreshments
• Coffee on arrival
• Mid-morning coffee with Danish pastries
• Lunch (finger buffet or two course hot buffet lunch, including coffee)
• Afternoon tea with homemade cake
• VAT @ 17.5% extra (room hire is VAT exempt)
