High Lodge now has an Air Rifle Range. There are 5 ranges with 5 targets on each range set in the natural surroundings of the woods, set at various distances.
Air Rifles are available to hire at £5.00. Anybody wishing to hire an air rifle must produce photographic ID, and leave a deposit with reception. Anyone under the age of 16 years wishing to hire an air rifle MUST have an adult present with them.
Air rifle pellets and targets are available from our shop.

DONT FORGET THESE SAFETY RULES WHICH APPLY TO ALL SHOOTERS AND SPECTATORS
It is compulsory that everyone who enters the shooting area (and that includes air rifle shooting), wears eye, ear and head protection at all times.
Spectators may accompany shooters, but shooters retain responsibility for their spectators.
Guns must be broken at all times until iin the shooting position, unless carried in a sleeve.
Keep to the paths and obey all safety signs.
We highly recommend the wearing of closed footwear and rugged clothing.
CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 6 YEARS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE SHOOTING AREA. |
