Conference Facilities in Suffolk

Our new 'Champion Suite' caters for upto 250 people for a sit down meal as well as offering a large conference facility for all style meetings from small groups to large business presentations or exhibitions to promote your business.

The Champion Suite is at ground floor level with large patio style doors and windows to provide natural light. The suite is fully air-conditioned, with internal PA system and a range of conference accessories including Wi-Fi.

For the smaller conferences the Champion Suite can be partitioned to the required size providing an ideal room for the smaller group.

Booking a Conference

In order to book a conference we offer two options, a set package which includes everything you are likely to need for either a half or full day, or alternatively a tailored package where you can choose your requirements and options individually.

Set Conference Packages

Take advantage of these great half and full day rates which have been put together to include everything you are likely to need for your conference.

Day Delegate Rate - £36.75 per head

Inclusive of:

  • Room hire rate from 8.00am to 5.00pm
  • Mints, boiled sweets, cordials, paper, pencils, jugs of iced water and mineral water
  • Flipchart, overhead projector and screen
  • Arrival coffee, mid-morning coffee with Danish pastries and afternoon tea with homemade cake
  • Lunch (Finger buffet or a hot two course lunch - including coffee)

 

Half Day Delegate Rate - £31.50 per head

Inclusive of:

  • Room hire rate from 8.00am to 1.00pm
  • Mints, boiled sweets, cordials, paper, pencils, jugs of iced water and mineral water
  • Flipchart, overhead projector and screen
  • Arrival coffee and mid-morning coffee with Danish pastries
  • Lunch (finger buffet or a hot two course lunch - including coffee)

  

Tailored Conferences

 

In order to work out the cost of your conference, please pick one option from the room hire category, any options you require from the refreshments category, and one option from the menu category (if required).  If there is an option that you require that is not listed, please contact us and we will tailor a package to suit your needs.

Room Hire is broken down into Day and Half Day

All Day is 8.00am until 5.00pm - £472.00
Half Day is 8.00am until 12noon or 12.00noon until 5.00pm - £288.00
Every extra hour is £47.00 per hour

Equipment Hire

Flip Charts and Pens - £10.50 each
Projector - £15.00
Screen - £9.40
Bottled Table Water - £2.50 per bottle
Delegate Paper and Pens - £2.10 per head

Refreshments

Tea and Coffee - £1.15 per head
Tea, Coffee and Biscuits - £1.60 per head
Tea, Coffee and Pastries - £2.60 per head
Tea, Coffee and Cake or Scones - £2.60 per head
