Reference

In this highly useful book, John Bidwell manages to combine a balanced mixture of practical and psychological advice. There are plenty of illustrations and photographs to back up John's highly successful and proven shooting technique. Even though the book only concentrates on John's technique, namely Move, Mount, Shoot, there is plenty there to think about and digest even for the most accomplished shooter. The video of the same title is pretty good too.
