Wedding Receptions 2005/06

Your Wedding Day is one of the most important events in your life, and the main aim of our caring and professional team is to ensure that you and your guests simply relax and enjoy your special day secure in the knowledge that every detail of the celebration will have been taken care of exactly as planned.

Our Banqueting Suite is the main reception room available at High Lodge and is a non-smoking venue we can however accommodate marquees in the grounds if required.

Please note that we do not allow any outside catering companies.

The Banquette Suite
Opening June 2005 this suite is a non-smoking self-contained facility with rest rooms, bar lounge and garden area. It offers a cosy setting for the smaller party as well as offering seating for up to 200 guests in comfort and for the evening reception 250/300 guests.

For Wedding Breakfast menus charged at £20.00 per person or more the function suite hire charge is included, if you book for less than 60 people or choose a menu option which is less than £20.00 per person then function suite hire charges will apply. (See our Function Suite tariff A enclosed)

If you are looking for a wedding reception with an evening buffet only the function suite charges tariff B apply, see the attached tariff.

Book your wedding at High Lodge and we will include:

Accommodation
Accommodation is available on site but prices are based on a minimum of 3 nights stay, see our short break prices enclosed. Ask your wedding planner for our accommodation list for accommodation in the area.

Catering Requirements
High Lodge offers a High Standard of home prepared foods to accommodate both your wedding breakfast and evening reception and for that reason alone we do not accept outside caterers. Our team of catering staff offer a wide range of menu options to suit every palate from Traditional Roast Dishes, A La Carte Menu’s, Barbeques & Buffets or even theme menus and canapé menus.

An extensive choice of menus and flexible drinks arrangements are available to suit your requirements & we are happy to quote for any dishes which are not mentioned in our brochure menus.

All our menu prices and other charges are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%.
