Booking/Cancellation T's & C's

1. A non refundable/non transferrable deposit of £20 per person is required to confirm all bookings.
2. Deposits/full payments must be paid in 1 single amount, we cannot accept multiple deposits from individuals in groups. We therefore advise the main booking guest to collect deposits in from everyone before calling to book.
3.Your balance payment is due 14 days before your booking date. Please telephone us on 01986 784347 to make final payment.
4. We reserve the right to cancel any booking where final payment is not received by the due date. This will result of loss of any monies/deposits paid to date.
5. Please notify High Lodge of any dietary requirements 14 days prior to the event.
6. Please notify us of any cancellations or changes to your group numbers as soon as possible and at least 14 days in advance of your booking to avoid loss of full payment.
7. Cancellations/Part Cancellations up until 14 days before your booking will result in loss of the £20pp deposit paid.
8. Cancellations/Part Cancellations received within 14 days of your booking will result in loss of full payment per person paid.
9. Additional clays shot over and above your package will be charged for on the day at the normal rate.
9. No alcohol to be consumed before shooting.
